How to set up my account?

Welcome to Crait! We offer two convenient options for signing up to our platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process to get you started with our innovative "Photoshoot" tool for product photography.

Option 1: Google Sign Up

1. Click the "Sign Up with Google" button.

2. Choose Your Google Account: A pop-up window will appear prompting you to select the Google account you wish to use. If you're not already signed in to Google, you will be asked to enter your Google email and password.

3. Grant Permissions: Review the permissions Crait is requesting. These typically include access to your Google account's basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture). Click "Allow" to grant these permissions.

4. Complete the Registration: Once permissions are granted, you'll be redirected back to Crait. Your account will be automatically created using the information from your Google account. You can now start exploring and using Crait’s features.

Option 2: E-mail Sign Up

1. On the Crait sign-up page, click the "Sign Up with E-mail" button.

2. Enter Your Details: Fill in the registration form with your details. This includes your email address and a password of your choice. Make sure to choose a strong password for security.

3. Verify Your E-mail: After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email from Crait. Open this email and click on the verification link to confirm your email address.

4. Complete the Registration: Once your email is verified, you will be redirected back to Crait.

Your account is now active and you can log in using your email address and password to exploring and using Crait’s features.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Access Account Settings: Click on your "Account Settings", located under your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

2. Plans and Pricing: Check the details of your current subscription plan or explore the options.

3. Upgrade or Downgrade: Choose to "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" your plan based on your needs. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Billing Information: Update your billing information, including payment methods.

5. Cancel Subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so from the subscription management section. Note that you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I manage my account?

To manage your subscription on Crait, follow these steps:

1. Click on your "Account Settings", located under your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

2. You can edit your Information, Profile Image, Passwords, Subscriptions from this section.

Where can I report bugs?

You can always (7/24) mail to hey@crait.it for any issue or bug you face during using this platform. Crait team will always be ready to help.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on your "Account Settings", located under your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

2. Click the "Edit" button on your profile.

3. Enter your "Old Password" and "New Passwords" then click the "Update" button.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on your "Account Settings", located under your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

2. Click the "Delete" button at the top of the page.

3. Enter your "Passwords" then click the "Delete" button.

How can I see my credits ?

On the dashboard, you can see your credits and subscription package on the left menu. Also, on the "Account Settings" you can see "Image Credits" and "Product Credits" separately.

You can always upgrade your credits by clicking on the "Plans & Pricing" section.
