Products & Brand Assets

The "Brand Kit" in Crait is a central place where you can store, organize and manage all your brand assets. This includes logos, color palettes, fonts, images and other visual elements that represent your brand's identity.* 1. On the dashboard, click the "Brand Kit" button. 2. Click the "Upload" button and select "Logo Files" from your computer. 3. Go to the "Color Palette" section within the brand kit. Add your brand's primary, secondary, and accent colors by entering the Hex codes or using the color picker tool. 4. Go to the "Brand Voice” section and add your brand description and keywords. 5. If you have brand guidelines documents, upload them in the "Brand Guideline" section. This can include PDF files or documents that provide detailed instructions on how to use your brand assets.*

"Brand Kit" features are available with "Professional Package" and upper. "Brand Guideline" feature is available for "Custom Package" only.

To upload your assets, follow these steps:

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button

2. Then click the "Products" , "Templates" or "Inspiration" section depending on the your asset needs.

3. Click the "Upload" button then select the files from your computer and upload them.

4. Click the "Save" to add the files to your "Asset Library".

To upload your products in Crait, you have several options: File upload, Excel upload, URL, product XML, and API.

Option 1: Image File Upload

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click the "Products" section. 2. Click the "Upload Products" button and select the "Image File " section. 3. Click the "Upload" and choose the file from your computer. 4. Crait will automatically remove the background of your product image you can edit the background removed version by restoring or cleaning with using the brush tool. 5. Write the name, SKU and category name of the product and click the "Save" button.

Option 2: URL Upload

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click the "Products" section. 2. Click the "Upload Products" button and select the "URL" section. Then p aste the "URL" of your image to the input area. 3. You can preview the uploaded image. If you are good to go, click the "Upload" button. 4. Crait will automatically remove the background of your product image you can edit the background removed version by restoring or cleaning with using the brush tool. 5. Write the name, SKU and category name of the product and click the "Save" button.

Option 3: Excel Upload

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click "Products" section. 2. Click the "Upload Products" and select the "Excel File" section. 3. Download the "Excel File" format by clicking the button. 4. Fill in your products SKU, name and image url columns in excel. You can write each product to a new row. 5. Upload the "Excel File" from your computer and click the "Upload" button. 6. Crait will automatically remove the background of all your product images you can edit the background removed version by restoring or cleaning with using the brush tool. 7. Click the "Save" button.

To upload your products in bulk, follow this steps:

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click "Products" section. 2. Click the "Upload Products" and select the "Excel File" section. 3. Download the "Excel File" format by clicking the button. 4. Fill in your products SKU, name and image url columns in excel. You can write each product to a new row. 5. Upload the "Excel File" from your computer and click the "Upload" button. 6. Crait will automatically remove the background of all your product images you can edit the background removed version by restoring or cleaning with using the brush tool. 7. Click the "Save" button.

To upload your template assets, follow these steps:

1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click the "Templates" section.

2. Click the "Upload" and choose the file from your computer.

3. Click the "Save" to add the files to your Asset Library.

"Uploading Templates" feature is available with "Professional Package" and upper.

You can also add the images from your photoshoot results as a template. This feature automatically removes the object from the scene and allows you to save the image as a template:

1. Click on the result image at the "Photoshoot" project

2. Click the "Save as Template" from the settings.

"Creating Templates" feature is available with "Custom Package" only.

To upload your inspiration images, follow these steps: 1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click the "Inspiration" section. 2. Click the "Upload" and choose the file from your computer. 3. Click the "Save" to add the files to your Asset Library. You can also add the images from your photoshoot results as a template: 1. Click on the result image at the "Photoshoot" project 2. Click the "Save as Inspiration" from the settings.

"Uploading Inspirations" feature is available with "Professional Package" and upper.

To delete your products, follow these steps: 1. On the dashboard, click the "Asset Library" button then click the "Products" section. 2. Locate the product you wish to delete in your asset library. 3. Click the "Settings" on the selected product and click the "Delete"button.
