  • Magic Edit: 1 credit
  • Enhance Quality: 1 credit
  • Full/Partial Repair: 5 credit
  • Magic Erase Pro: 1 credit
  • Expand : 1 credit / image
  • High Quality (x2) Download: 1 credit
  • Print Quality (x4) Download: 2 credit
  • Magic Erase: 0 credit
  • Crop : 0 Credit
  • Product/Partial Restore : 0 credit
  • BG Remove: 0 credit

Billing and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How will I be billed?

You will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you choose.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

We do not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions. However, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

Features and Usage

What are the dimension limits for image generation?

Custom image dimensions can be used on professinal package and higher and the dimensions differ by package:

  • Professional: up to 2048px x 2048px
  • Team: up to 4096px x 4096px
  • Enterprise: up to 10240px x 10240px

Images can be further upscaled using High Quality (x2) Download (Professional and higher) and Print Quality (x4) Download (Team and higher).

Is there a limit to the number of users or projects per plan?

Yes, each plan has specific limits on the number of users and projects. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed information.
